Russ Olsen | General Manager

Russ has extensive IT business experience on both sides of the Tasman and is now bilingual in Newzild and Strine. 

As if working at Chillisoft is not exciting enough he is sometimes strapped into the co-pilot seat of a 1964 Ford Anglia racecar for Targa rallies.

John Rickman | Chief Technology Officer

John manages our software developments and internal systems.

He also hits a golf ball really really well and supports Tottenham Hotspur FC.

Steve Smith | Business Development Manager

[Not so] Recently moved to NZ from South Africa, Steve has vast experience in IT and Telco sales, combined with a very strong technical background. 

When he joined us he was our third Steve so we call him Smithy to minimise confusion.  Steve is so good at networking we suspect he may actually be the internet.

Geoff Ball | Sales

Knows most of the price list by heart and even the difference between markup and discount.

An excellent photographer, some of his work is on display in our new Auckland office. As a Hurricanes supporter he is sometimes sad on Mondays but remains optimistic they'll have a great season next year.

Jeannie Lefebrve | Nerd

A member of our tech support team, Jeannie keeps busy on the phone, answering emails and learning and passing just about every technical qualification she can. As an ex-nurse she's also very handy with paper cuts.

Drinks approx 100 cups of coffee daily.

Cynthia Wang | Accounts

Does all that accounting stuff incredibly quickly and accurately. 

Seems to enjoy hassling the sales team when they've made a pricing mistake for an invoice.

Bryce Andrews | Technical Support

Bryce is the newest member of our tech support team and keener than a keen thing he's rapidly getting up to speed on our products and services.  

Hayley Strawbridge | Sales

Hayley has Masters degrees in friendliness, speed and accuracy. 

Away from work she's rather shy and unsociable.  Yeah right !

F-M [Frances-Mary] Cossey | Admin

HR, special projects and odd-jobs that no-one else wants.

Away from work she's very busy looking after 2 energetic and unreasonable 8 year olds.

Nigel | Hold music

Nigel works for ESET in San Diego but he's also an excellent musician.  He sometimes plays at the ESET Partner conferences and he's written and recorded some songs for ESET, one of which we use for our hold music.

Geoff Cossey | CEO and MD

An initial career in banking/finance ended soon after an epiphany moment when he got his first PC. 10 years later after a variety of business development and management roles in IT he founded Chillisoft in 1998.

Away from work he's busy with a young family, boating, supporting Chelsea FC, and in the first sign of a mid-life crisis has bought an electric guitar.
